SURFnet is going to do some maintenance on their fibers starting Wednesday April 4th from 22:00 till 06:00 the next day. Because of this is it possible that some channels might not be available during that period. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Dankzij de upgrade van Campusnet is het nu mogelijk om nog hogere snelheden te behalen. Om hier optimaal van te kunnen genieten én om zonder problemen IPTV te kijken heeft IAPC een switch uitgekozen die SNT en VCK approved is.
De LevelOne Gigabit switch is nu verkrijgbaar bij IAPC.

Lijkt het je leuk om het kabelnetwerk van de VCK te onderhouden? Heb je altijd al willen weten hoe we IPTV mogelijk maken? Heb je mooie ideeën over de volgende stap op televisiegebied? Wil je je programmeerskills wel eens een keer toepassen?
Bij de VCK kun je actief worden in één van onze projecten. Of dat nou te maken heeft met programmeren of brieven bezorgen en of dat nou een paar uur per maand of drie dagen in de week is, wij hebben allerlei klusses en commissies waar we hulp in kunnen gebruiken!

Amino set-top box

Perhaps you've heard or read about it, but as of today we're offering something new for our members. With this piece of technology, called the Amino set-top box, it is possible to watch IPTV on your TV without using a computer. This means that you can watch more than 100 TV channels in digital quality, of which at least 12 are in HD! This number of channels will be extended very soon. Within a few months, it will also be possible to subscribe for extra channel packages for an extra fee. These packages may include channels like Eredivisie Live, other sports channels and movie channels. Also are working on the ability to record programs via USB.
Costs
To request a box, you must be a member of the VCK. The rental price of a box is €7.50 per month and one deposit of €50. This deposit will be refunded immediately after the box is returned.
Details Amino set-top box
The Amino set-top box is an A130 Amino IPTV set-top box that has an output of up to 1080i via HDMI and can also be connected via composite, component and scart. The box also has an S/PDIF output.

Heb je iets gevonden tijdens het gebruik van de nieuwe Amino settop-box waarvan je denkt dat het niet klopt, heb je een storing/probleem of heb je een coole feature bedacht die niet mag ontbreken?
